Last week, we received an inquiry about the 50 tons per hour gold washing plant from Australia.
Our complete 50tph mobile gold washing plant mainly consists of 1 set 1200x3000mm gold trommel screen, 1 set STLB60 Knelson centrifugal concentrator, 2 sets sluice chutes, 1 set water system and 1 set water pump.
According to the customer’s requirement, we also provided him with a shaking table.
The gold plant is mainly used to process alluvial gold and placer gold. Use excavator to dig the raw stone and feed into the hopper of the trommel screen. The stones smaller than the screen mesh size enter the centrifugal concentrator for gravity separation, and then enter the shaking table for further separation. Following the shaking table is gold sluice chutes, they can further recycle tailing and improve the recovery rate.
Yesterday, the customer placed the order and paid a deposit. Our factory started preparing the machines immediately. We will complete the order within 7-10 working days and then arrange delivery. Wish our customer’s gold mining business will get better and better.
