Introduction
The double roller crusher is mainly composed of rollers, bearing seat, clamping and adjusting devices, and driving devices. It has 2 kinds, one is the smooth roller crusher, the other is the teeth-roller crusher. Smooth roller crushers are commonly used for breaking stones and making sand. Its feeding size is generally within 25mm, and its discharging particle size is between 1-8mm. The capacity per hour is about 5-200 tons.

Working principle
Two motors drive two roller to run at high speed, the material enters from the feeding mouth and collides with the two rollers. The two rollers move in opposite directions at the same time, so that the material is broken into the required discharging size. By adjusting the tightness of the screw at the spring, the distance between the two rollers can be adjusted to adjust the size of the discharging mouth.
