In recent development, ASCEND Company has successfully delivered 15TPH Ball mill to its Kenya customers. Deliveries are made to help customers improve their mining operations and increase quarry grinding production.
In June 2023, we received a request from the customer in Kenya who wanted a grinding machine. He needs to use this equipment to grind silica material, with final output size less than 200 mesh. And he needs a working capacity of 15 tons per hour. After negotiation between the two parties, he accept our Ball mill Ф1830×4500 model.
Generally speaking, the ball mill grinds the material into the required particle size through the collision and friction of steel balls. The rotation of the drum and the rolling of the steel balls are the key to achieve this grinding effect.
In this process, the drum speed, the amount and size of the steel balls can be adjusted according to the requirements of the material characteristics and production capacity, so as to obtain the best grinding effect.
