Jaw Crusher Working Principle

When the jaw crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft by the V-belt and the sheave through the motor pulley. At the same time, the movable jaw does reciprocating movement according to the predetermined trajectory. Then it crushes materials inside the crushing cavity formed by the fixed plate, movable plate and the side guard plate. Then final product is discharged from the lower discharge port.
